New paintings produced during the recent pandemic lockdown. These pictures reflect our preoccupation with interior spaces. Dressed and arranged to represent an ideal space where we can be convivial, they simultaneously mourn the denial of that social interaction. The refined domesticity is a stage whose preparedness belies our preoccupation with those who cannot be with us to share this moment.
